陪朋友一塊去買衣服的時候我看到一套衣服特別的漂亮我就試了一下沒有想到自己竟然穿不了，才發現自己竟然胖了很多。陪朋友買完衣服之后就跟朋友一塊去吃飯了，跟朋友在聊天的時候我就問朋友她有沒有我現在比以前胖了呢，朋友就告訴我說是她前幾天都發現了，只是沒有告訴我，聽到朋友那樣講我就說我從明天開始要減重要回到我以前的體重，朋友聽說我要減重就說讓我一定要堅持下去才會有明顯的效果，聽到朋友那樣講我就說我一定會堅持減重的。
